Baby Life In A Crèche

The day starts from morning, the time parents leave their babies to crèche while going to work. Babies are left with all their necessary clothing, food items, and toys or to be precise their teether, daily medicines such as tonic or any kind of routine dosage which are prescribed by the paediatrics. Though babies are left with their necessary goods along with their daily routine chart, they are still not attended with that ease the way a mother takes care of her baby. The care takers of the crèche are also well trained to handle the baby diligently. Since they are given the charge of more than one baby at a time to attend, their attention gets diverted. We cannot play a blame game here as each and every baby demands their own need and at an unpredictable time. There is no definite time period of their needs and wants and so they get divided attention from the care takers and at the same situation babies get undivided attention from their parents when they are looked after by them. The ease and the cosiness which a mother can give to her baby no one else can able to give the same feeling to the baby. A baby cry is aspirant and helpless, this makes the mother run to her baby and hold him/her tight and calm the baby. With this behaviour of a mother , a baby very well knows that he/she will be picked up when distressed, becomes secure, trust develops and the baby understands that all she/ he needs to do is cry and help is there. This need of a baby can only be fulfilled by a mother and not by care takers. So leaving your baby in a crèche merely depends on the situation demand and parent’s decision.
